A man claiming to be a suspect who escaped from a Brooklyn police station last week called The Post yesterday to proclaim his innocence.

The caller, who identified himself as Thomas Datvian, told a reporter the initial robbery charge was a setup by his girlfriend and another man.

The caller refused to surrender to cops or meet with a Post reporter.
