Jail for art thief
A man who went on a bicoastal art-theft spree is headed to prison in New York after being jailed for four months in California.
Mark Lugo, 31, pleaded guilty Feb. 7 to taking a $350,000 drawing by Cubist painter Fernand Leger from a lobby gallery at The Carlyle hotel on the Upper East Side.
He got one to three years.
