A Bronx construction worker wants the city to pay him $5 million — or more than $4,000 a day for the nearly three years he spent in jail — because of allegedly shoddy police work on a slay rap on which he was eventually cleared.

A lawyer for José Castillo, 32, said he’ll file a notice of claim to sue the city today.
