BELMAR, NJ — A New Jersey judge has sentenced a Big Apple woman who went topless on a beach for refusing to pay $816 in fines.

Phoenix Feeley made a court appearance by video link from jail yesterday. The Asbury Park Press reports the judge ordered her to spend 12 days in addition to the four she’s already served.

Feeley received a $29,000 settlement in 2007 after she was charged with indecent exposure in New York.
