A hero cop and two kayakers were hospitalized yesterday for hypothermia after a dramatic rescue in frigid Jamaica Bay.

Two 32-year-old men went under off Broad Channel, Queens, just after 3 p.m.

Emergency Services Unit Detective John Kenny dived in to save one kayaker.

The other was plucked from the water by Harbor Unit divers. Kenny and the kayakers were reported in stable condition.
