His new single is “H.A.M.” — but it’s rap mogul Jay-Z’s investment in his cousin’s Buffalo wing business that has Brooklyn buzzing.

Ever since word of the “Empire State of Mind” megastar’s investment in Buffalo Boss in Downtown Brooklyn hit the hip-hop blogs this week, business has been booming at the 4-month-old wing joint.

“You hear of the Oprah effect? Well, this has been the Jay-Z effect,” said Buffalo Boss owner Jamar White, Jay-Z’s first cousin.

He said business has been “buzzing like never before” and is up 60 percent since the news broke Tuesday about his cousin’s cash infusion in the Fulton Street eatery.

He wouldn’t say how much Jay-Z — who has also invested in the under-construction Barclays Center arena blocks away — has put into the business.
