Jennifer Dulos’ divorce lawyer has asked a Connecticut judge to hold her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, and his attorneys in contempt for violating a court order.

The order sealed a custody and psychological evaluation performed on the Dulos family as part of the couple’s divorce proceeding, the Stamford Advocate reported Wednesday.

Jennifer’s lawyer Wayne Effron also wants Michael Meehan — the court-appointed guardian ad litem representing the Duloses’ five children — booted from the case, claiming Meehan released the evaluation to Fotis and his lawyers.

In his own motion, Meehan is seeking sanctions against Norm Pattis, Fotis’ criminal lawyer, saying he violated the court order in statements he made to the press.

“As the court is well aware, this is a matter that has received significant public notoriety,” Meehan wrote in his motion. “Based upon information and belief, there are quoted statements by Attorney Pattis about the report, which have been disseminated or published in written and electronic form via the media, which if true, are in direct violation of this court’s May 9, 2019 order.”

Following Fotis’ arraignment on hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence charges earlier this month, Pattis told reporters, “You want to keep an eye on that courthouse, in that courtroom, about the psych report that was just done!”

Arguments on the contempt motion will be held before Judge Donna Heller on Wednesday morning.

Jennifer has been missing since May 24.

Fotis and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, face charges in connection with her disappearance.
