A jerk in a Tom Brady jersey is on the loose after kicking a woman and lifting her purse on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

The guy, who was wearing a No. 12 Patriots jersey, followed the 62-year-old victim to 5th Street near Avenue C at around 8 p.m. earlier this month, police said.

He then began kicking her until she fell to the ground.

The suspect then stripped her of her purse, which contained identification cards and $22, according to cops.

The victim suffered bruises and swelling, police said.
