TOMS RIVER, NJ — A man knocked unconscious by a cast member of MTV’s reality show “Jersey Shore” failed yesterday to block the release of a video of the nightclub beatdown.

Stephen Izzo Jr. failed to demonstrate harm from release today of a boxed set of the series, a judge ruled.

Izzo claimed cast member Ronnie Ortiz shouldn’t benefit from his alleged crime.
