A Jet fan roughed up by Indianapolis cops a year ago is headed back to the scene of the crime.

Patrick Mallon, 26, yesterday said wild colts couldn’t keep him from watching his team’s playoff game Saturday in Indy.

“I actually want to see the game this time. I want to see them win,” Mallon told The Post. He and relatives were there for the AFC title game last Jan. 24, but he never made it in Lucas Oil Stadium. Cops breaking up fans in the parking lot busted him for not moving fast enough.

The Brick Township, NJ, construction worker was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication and spent that Sunday in jail. He was fined $150 and told to stay out of legal trouble for two years.

His dad, Thomas, a criminal-defense lawyer, yesterday said, “We’re not going to do anything differently because we didn’t do anything wrong [last time].”
