A woman returning home from an overseas trip got elbowed in the face and was blinded in one eye after she walked into a man who was doing exercises in a dark airplane aisle — despite complaints to the crew about the mile-high antics, a lawsuit charges.

Rosalie Williams, 74, was flying from Hong Kong to Vancouver on her way back to New York, when she was bashed on the Air Canada flight last March 14.

Williams was making her way down the darkened aisle when she got socked, said her lawyer, Etain Ogen.

“Unbeknownst to Ms. Williams, a fellow passenger was exercising in the aisle — and had been for some time,” Ogen said. “People had been complaining for some time to the flight crew.”

Williams, suing in Queens Supreme Court, suffered a dislocated eyeball, and is now blind in her right eye.

“It’s been four operations later, and I still can’t see,” she said. “My life has completely changed.”

An Air Canada spokeswoman said the company was aware of “this unfortunate event,” but declined further comment.
