New York’s hometown airline missed its schedules 29.4 percent of the time in the 12 months ending Sept. 30, dead last among 18 airlines whose on-time records are tracked by the US Department of Transportation.
Continental, the biggest carrier in Newark, was second worst among the major carriers, with 22.9 percent of its flights missing their schedules.
