A JetBlue passenger suffered “life-changing” injuries as her flight landed — and the brakes on the aircraft failed, she claimed in a lawsuit.

Jacqueline Crowley, 60, of Scituate, Mass., said she hurt her neck and back May 25, 2022 as JetBlue Flight 267 arrived in Charleston, SC from Boston’s Logan International Airport.

The aircraft “came to an extremely abrupt stop while traveling at a high rate of speed,” Crowley said in the Brooklyn Federal Court filing, noting the pilot informed passengers via the public address system that the plane’s “brakes had failed and the emergency brakes had kicked in.”

The seated Crowley was injured “almost immediately after touching down,” she said in court papers.

She sustained “acute concussion and chronic post concussion syndrome,” according to the litigation.

Crowley, who is seeking unspecified damages, accused JetBlue of negligence.

Crowley — who worked in marketing prior to the incident — and her husband were traveling to Charleston to attend a wedding, her attorney Erin Applebaum told The Post.

“Her head injury completely upended her life and rendered her unable to work,” Applebaum said, adding, “Two years later, she continues to suffer from chronic ringing in her ears as a result of the impact.”

Crowley was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer, she said.

She claimed the airline “does not seem to take seriously the physical impact to its passengers’ brains when one of its aircraft is forced to slam to a stop at an incredibly high rate of speed,” she said, adding, “There were children on the plane, and I especially recall a young couple with a baby girl just a few rows up from me. What about that family? I hope they are ok.”

JetBlue did not return messages.
