The big-spending New Jersey businessman who paid more than $400,000 for the best seats at Jets home games was sentenced yesterday to more than five years in prison.

David Findel, 44, had pleaded guilty to an $11 million bank and wire fraud in federal court in Trenton and was hit with 63 months behind bars.

Findel, from Colts Neck, purchased a pricey pair of personal seat licenses at the 50-yard line after winning an online auction for the right to buy the best PSLs.

He went on a publicity tour to promote himself and the purchase.

But the money for those tickets came from his scheme.
