A Manhattan jeweler-to-the-stars isn’t backing down from assault charges without a courtroom fight.

Dawnelle Joie Yager, 42, snubbed a plea deal offered by the District Attorney’s Office yesterday that would have required her to take anger-management classes, said attorney Edward Kratt.

“Justice will prevail,” he said, declining to elaborate.

The self-taught artist’s baubles have graced the necks of stars from Kim Kardashian to Heather Graham. Yager’s engraved glass lockets retail for just under $300.

She allegedly whacked a man with her umbrella during a nasty fight over a parking space in the West Village last May, according to authorities.

Yager faces a maximum of one year in jail if she is convicted.

She left the courthouse sniffling yesterday and refused to answer reporters’ questions.
