Four Jewish students kicked out of an anti-Israel forum at Brooklyn College in February were wrongly removed – but it wasn’t because of their religion, stated an investigation released yesterday.
“It is clear that there was no justification for the removal of the four students. They did not create a ‘disturbance,’” said the report on the two-month investigation, which interviewed 40 witnesses and reviewed emails and other documents.
“In our view, there is no support for an inference of discrimination based on religion,” the report states, noting that other Jewish students were allowed to remain at the pro-Palestine event.
