A notorious scammer who was arrested 17 times between 1990 and 1997 for hustling for fares at JFK Airport was busted again yesterday, sources said.

Gasner Racine, 62, was nabbed for allegedly offering his services as a taxi driver near Terminal 8 at around 6:35 a.m., the sources said.
