A controversial GOP candidate for state Assembly — known as the “Sperminator’’ because of all the babies he’s fathered as a donor — was busted for acting up at a Queens polling place Tuesday, cops said.
District 28 anti-abortion candidate Jonathan Rinaldi was seen at the voting location at PS 101 in Forest Hills holding a “Vote Rinaldi” sign and shouting, “Baby killers!” at passers-by around 10:30 a.m., law-enforcement sources said.

Jonathan Rinaldi was arrested at a polling station in Queens on Tuesday morning, according to police and law-enforcement sources Gregory P. MangoQueens Republican Party Chairman Anthony Nunziato told The Post on Tuesday that Rinaldi — who ran unopposed for the party line on the ballot — is “out of control.
“I don’t back him,” Nunziato said of the candidate, who is in his mid 40s.
“He’s not acceptable in terms of his behavior,” the party big said, claiming Rinaldi also screams and tries to bully other GOPers.
“I tried to talk to him” about controlling his emotions,” Nunziato said. “It’s a shame he acts this way, maybe to get attention.”
He said Rinaldi has already expressed interest in running for term-limited city Councilman Bob Holden’s seat but that the GOP leadership will not support him.
