Here’s proof that judges always get the last word — even against Stephen Colbert.

Brooklyn federal Judge Frederic Block, who was bumped from appearing on “The Colbert Report” twice, is asking the public in a blog to decide what he should do with a custom-made gavel he planned to give the host:

“What should Judge Block do with the gavel? . . . Hunt Colbert down and bop him over the head with it?; Chop it up for firewood on a cold winter’s night?; Sell it on eBay and donate the proceeds to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Judges?; or Keep it with him on the bench as a reminder of his naiveté?”
