A Queens judge has accused a cop of dishing out some hard justice with a sharp shot to his throat, officials said.
Justice Thomas Raffaele, who presides over divorce cases, contends he was smacked Friday after he came upon a Jackson Heights confrontation involving cops, a handcuffed man and a rowdy crowd.
A spokesman for Queens DA Richard Brown said the NYPD informed his office about Raffaele’s allegations. The DA will investigate.
