A Brooklyn judge threatened to toss Foxy Brown in jail yesterday after the rap diva showed up at court two hours late.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, is being prosecuted for allegedly violating an order of protection last year by mooning a neighbor with whom she had been feuding.

Foxy didn’t turn up until 11:30 a.m. and her lawyer, Sal Strazzullo, didn’t show at all, sending an associate to ask for a postponement.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice John Walsh warned Brown: “Don’t put me in a position where I’m going to have to remand you to make sure you’re here at 9:30.”

Brown was livid outside court. “This is bulls–t, she said. “I’m always here on time.”

She claimed Strazzullo had told her to be in court at 11:30.

Strazzullo has his own legal woes — he’s being sued for alleged sexual harassment of an employee.
