This is one request the judge in the Ashanti stalker case was more than willing to grant.

Devar Hurd, who is representing himself at his upcoming retrial for sending over 600 tweets to the R&B songstress, accused Justice Charles Solomon of misconduct in a rambling hand-written letter.

“Let me get to the point, you don’t want me to try the case because you think I won’t be fair?” the judge asked in court Monday.

“Of course you’re not,” returned Hurd, who got a mistrial on the case last December after a juror got sick during deliberations. The obsessed fan had giddily cross-examined the “Foolish” crooner when she took stand against him.

To that Solomon agreed, “We can get you another judge.”

Hurd was convicted of harassment in 2010 for sending crotch shots to Ashanti’s mom. He allegedly resumed the harassment after his release despite protective orders.
