They both lose.

A real-life “War of the Roses” that saw a Brooklyn home partitioned because neither member of the fighting couple wanted to move has ended with an order throwing both husband and wife out.

Simon and Chana Taub waged a bitter battle to see who would keep their home on 49th Street in Borough Park.

But in a decision made public yesterday, Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Matthew D’Emic ordered the house sold and the proceeds split.

The couple must also sell the house next door and their vacation home and divvy up the profits.

Simon Taub got to keep a building he owned before the marriage and was ordered to buy out Chana’s share in the building next door to that.

Taub must pay his ex-wife about $1.5 million and provide her with $6,000 a month in support.

“My client is very happy, very satisfied,” said Simon Taub’s lawyer, Abe Konstam.

Chana Taub sued her husband for divorce in 2005, but a jury found her grounds were not proven.

D’Emic’s ruling also granted Chana Taub the divorce. He noted the couple’s “morass of proceedings . . . dissipated not only the resources of the parties, but of the judiciary in several courts over some six years.”

Chana Taub’s lawyer did not return a call for comment.
