A Manhattan federal judge on Thursday rejected a request by a Mahopac lawyer for a protective order tied to information he claims he gave to Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen about two women who say they were “sexually victimized” by ousted state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

Judge Kimba Wood said lawyer Peter Gleason request does not meet “the test” required under the law for the information to remain privileged.

Gleason said he will revisit the issue if information he shared with Cohen about the women surfaces as part of the fed’s probe into Cohen’s business dealings.

“I am confident that if there are any relevant documents in the file someone will reach out to me and it will be addressed at that time,” he said by phone.
