A judge must decide if Chelsea bomber Ahmad Rahimi may have the same lawyer as a suspect he tutored in terrorism while both were behind bars.

Rahimi, who will be sentenced next month for detonating homemade bombs in New York and New Jersey in September 2016, has the same federal public defender as Sajmir Alimehmeti, one of the accused terrorists he taught in subjects ranging from Osama bin Laden and terror-preacher Anwar al-Awlaki, to jihad and bomb-making while locked up together in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.

Alimehmeti, of The Bronx, is charged with trying to recruit someone to ISIS.

Both men are represented by Sabrina Shroff.

Prosecutors requested a ruling on whether Shroff should represent both.

A special hearing took place in Alimehmeti’s case last week and another is set for Jan. 4 in Rahimi’s case.

Shroff declined to comment on whether representing both men presented a conflict of interest.
