A brute charged with raping and robbing a woman — a week after being bailed out by a nonprofit on a separate case — planned to enter a guilty plea Thursday. But a judge refused to accept it.

Lynneke Burris, 30, who in April allegedly choked, raped and robbed a 23-year-old woman, was expected to plead guilty to a criminal sex act in exchange for an 18-year prison sentence.

But Bronx Supreme Court Judge Ralph Fabrizio refused the plea after Burris complained about his lawyer and said he didn’t understand the proceedings.
