Jurors will be able to hear an accused killer talk about re-enacting a scene from “The Godfather: Part II” to scare a witness out of testifying against him in a bordello shooting, a judge ruled yesterday.

While at Rikers Island, Daniel Carbuccia was recorded telling an uncle he wanted to copy a scene in which Michael Corleone intimidates a mob rat about to testify to a congressional committee by inviting his brother to the proceedings.

Bronx Supreme Court Justice Martin Marcus ruled that jurors can hear the tape of Carbuccia talking about having supporters stare down an accomplice testifying about the 2004 murder of a bouncer.
