A Manhattan judge Wednesday ordered a psychological evaluation for the deranged homeless man who allegedly attacked two women with feces last month.

Ekwan Hill, 42, did not appear in court, but his defense lawyer, Yveka Pierre, asked for the exam, citing Hill’s “disoriented thinking” and “prior unfitness in his rap sheet.” Judge Kathryn Paek granted the request.

The suspected poop perv is charged with flinging waste in the face of one woman and shoving a bag of feces down the pants of another.
