A Manhattan judge dropped “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer” down on the head of a city psychic, ordering that money he made by selling the suit John Lennon wore on the cover of “Abbey Road” be given to his landlord.

Biond Fury, 67, had tried to anonymously auction the white suit through the Braswell Galleries in Norwalk, Conn., in January, and managed to get $46,000 for it.

But Fury owed landlord Mark Arrow thousands in back rent. When Arrow found out about the sale, he sued the gallery for part of the money, which they had not yet turned over.

On March 4, Judge Anil Singh ordered Braswell to hand over $21,463 from the Lennon sale to Arrow, plus interest, according to court papers.
