This teen now has at least two attempted sex abuse arrests under his belt — but a Manhattan judge still won’t raise his bail.

Sanjay Jaggernauth, 16, was arraigned in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday for a Feb. 9 attack just after 2 a.m., where he followed the woman from the subway station into her building on W. 152nd St.

“The defendant approached her, grabbed her arm with one hand, and grabbed her breast with his other hand and squeezed,” the complaint states. He then fled.

The baby-faced predator had already been charged with a similar attack that happened two weeks later, on Feb. 23, during which he followed a 40-year-old woman from the subway station to her W. 148th St. apartment at about 6 a.m.

He tried to yank off her coat, and during the ensuing struggle, pushed her against a wall then threw her down the stairs, court records allege.

He was released on $10,000 bail in that case.

Prosecutor Hannah Yu on Wednesday urged Judge Gayle Roberts to raise his bail to $150,000, calling him an extraordinary flight risk, but she declined. The jurist did impose a curfew.

Jaggernauth walked out of court free again.

Yu said that Jaggernauth has two cases pending in Family Court, including one for misdemeanor forcible touching and another for first-degree sex abuse involving several victims.

He is due back in court March 11 on the Feb. 9 case for a hearing to determine whether he’ll benefit from the new “Raise the Age” law that could see his case transferred to Family Court, where he’ll be tried as a minor.

Another teen, Edgar Garcia, 16, is free on $10,000 bail following an arrest for a caught-on-camera shooting in the Bronx. In the footage, a little girl in pink tights is seen scrambling for cover as shots fly by her.

Garcia could also possibly benefit from the new “raise the age” legislation signed by Gov. Cuomo in 2017 to end the automatic prosecution as adults of 16- and 17-year-olds.
