A Queens judge on Monday rejected allegations of juror misconduct in the Karina Vetrano trial — and the slain jogger’s convicted killer will be sentenced Tuesday.

Chanel Lewis’ lawyers had been seeking to overturn his guilty verdict, claiming — among other things — that two jurors talked about the case before deliberations began and that one female juror silenced another panelist’s questions about sexual assault allegations by saying that she was a rape victim and knew more about the issue than he did.

Prosecutors claimed that the juror making the misconduct allegations, Christopher Gooley, “was seeking his 15 minutes of fame” — and had told other jurors after the trial: “I’ll see you on ‘Good Morning America.’ ”
