The judge is keeping her a little closer to “home” this time.

Aspiring actress Parisse Daves, who was caught skipping out on court-ordered weekend stints at Rikers Island for check fraud, got a new sentence Tuesday: 400 hours of community service in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The curvy felon had blown off over half a dozen of her required weekends in jail — often by signing up for the bus to Rikers Island and never getting on.

Daves, wearing a skin-tight beige dress and Gucci sandals Tuesday, told Justice Laura Ward after receiving her new sentence, “I just wanted to say thank you very much.”

Ward snapped back, “The way you thank me is you never get yourself in trouble again and when you’re told to do it, you do it. Do I make myself clear?”

Daves, 37, of Brooklyn replied, “Yes.”

She will perform her community service in the court’s maintenance department.

The judge added a stern warning, “If I find she didn’t do her community service or she gets rearrested, I’ll have absolutely positively no sympathy and will sentence her to state prison.”

Daves’ legal woes started in 2016 when she got busted depositing $82,950 in forged checks.

After her lawyer, Joel Stein, pleaded for leniency, the judge gave her nine months of weekends in jail.

But Daves, who had a recurring role in the sci-fi web series “Body Jumpers,” decided to game the system, playing hooky for her last two months of weekends in jails.

When authorities got wind of her abseentism, prosecutor Robert Shull launched an investigation.

Cell-phone data showed that when she was supposed to be cooling her heels inside a Rikers Island cell, she was galavanting around the city, popping up in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.

As she left Manhattan Supreme Court Tuesday, she declined to comment but smiled politely and said, “Have a great day.”
