Home-improvement company president Dominick Cusumano suggested that the IRS take the house in which his wife and kids were living — even as he lived a life of Palm Springs vacations, luxury vehicles and expensive duds.

Suffolk County Supreme Court Justice Andrew Crecca ruled on July 16 that Cusumano committed “clear fraudulent conduct.” Cusumano said he’d appeal.
