The father of a former Brooklyn sex-crimes prosecutor accused of sexually assaulting a woman got a swift rebuke Monday from the case’s judge, who accused him in Brooklyn Supreme Court of trying to intimidate his son’s accuser.

Chrismy Sagaille, who was fired from his job at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office putting away sex criminals, is accused of forcibly kissing a Daily News reporter’s throat and grabbing her breast after she gave him a ride home from a baby shower on April 30, 2017.

As the woman took the stand to recount the alleged assault, Sagaille’s dad “made a gesture to the throat” at her, Judge Bruce Balter charged.

Balter swiftly cleared the jury from the room before upbraiding the father.

“I will have no horse play,” he warned. “I won’t have someone staring towards a witness.”

The Post is withholding the reporter’s name because she is an alleged sex-crimes victim.

“I spoke to the defendant’s father and he denied [making any gesture],” Sagaille’s lawyer, Kenneth Montgomery, said outside of court.

Sagaille on May 1 filed a $10 million libel suit against his accuser and the Daily News.
