A judge threw out more than 400 lawsuits filed by sickened Ground Zero workers who ignored efforts to settle with the city or couldn’t be found by an attorney assigned to track them down.

The ruling by Manhattan federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein means that more than 98 percent of those eligible have accepted the city’s offer, bringing the total value of the deal to at least $662.5 million.

Hellerstein said only 152 of the 10,000-plus plaintiffs opted out of the agreement, and he set a Feb. 2 court conference to discuss when their cases will go to trial.
