The bonkers Brooklyn bunny hoarder won’t be getting her beloved pets back anytime soon, a judge has ruled.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Kathy King said the NYPD and the ASPCA had the authority to seize the 176 rabbits from Dorota Trec’s Gowanus back yard in January and that Trec’s petition to get them back lacks “legal basis.”

The ASPCA, which is caring for the furry creatures, found that 124 of them “were injured and conditions existed at the subject location that caused said injuries as well as severe pain and discomfort,” King wrote.

Trec was arrested in March and charged with animal cruelty.

She slapped the ASPCA — along with the DA’s Office, the NYPD and two cops — with a bizarre, $2 billion civil suit over the rabbit seizure. The suit is still pending.

“All I can tell you is that it’s going to be appealed,” Trec said Thursday of the judge’s decision.

A city Law Department spokesman said: “We are pleased the court agreed this was an appropriate police response and that the DA can move forward with its case.
