A judge has dismissed and sealed the case brought against a Manhattan gallery owner and alleged Guggenheim relative for slugging his gal pal during a dispute over a parking ticket.

Phillipe Hoerle-Guggenheim, who claims to be related to the storied family, didn’t even have to show up to court Thursday as a judge ordered his case closed.

The 37-year-old took a deal for allegedly punching girlfriend Camilla Olsen, 52, in the arm in Jan. 2017.

As part of the plea he wasn’t forced to admit any guilt, and only had to promise to stay out of trouble for awhile.

Hoerle-Giggenheim claimed Olsen had made him blow through a red light, for which he was slapped with a ticket, sources said previously.

He then unsuccessfully tried to worm his way out of the incident by telling the cop he was related to the late collector and philanthropist Solomon Guggenheim, according to the same source.
