A judge yesterday shot down efforts to kill the $340 fee imposed on city residents who want to keep handguns in their homes.

A group of gun owners last year claimed it’s too high and violates their rights under the Second Amendment.

But Manhattan federal court Judge John Koeltl blasted their case and tossed it.
