Axed NY1 anchor and wife-beater Dominic Carter will remain jailed until at least Tuesday, a Rockland County judge ruled yesterday, telling his lawyers to put in writing their request that he be freed pending appeal.

Carter, 45, was locked up Thursday after being sentenced to 30 days in jail — and ordered to stay away from wife Marilyn for two years — for attacking her in 2008.
