Manhattan appellate judges on Tuesday tossed out Facebook’s retaliatory lawsuit against the attorneys who had sued the social-media giant on behalf of fugitive fraudster Paul Ceglia.

Facebook used “bullying tactics” in order “to deter lawyers from taking them on,” said Matthew Dontzin, lawyer for the attorneys.

The decision caps a battle that began in 2010 , when Ceglia claimed he helped found the site.
