Two days of flight cancellations for Winter Storm Juno cost the metro area nearly $75 million in economic activity, an analysis has found.

The blizzard canceled 2,352 flights bound for JFK, La Guardia and Newark on Monday and Tuesday, the Global Gateway Alliance found.

Using a standard metric, the airport-advocacy group said each cancellation caused a $31,600 loss in economic activity, including spending on hotels, cabs and eateries.

La Guardia’s cancellations cost $28.8 million, JFK’s $21.4 million and Newark’s $23.9 million.
