What the . . .?
A pouty, hair-flipping teenage alternate juror was kicked off the caught-on-video police-brutality trial yesterday — for wearing a T-shirt to court with the words “WHO THE F – – – IS KANYE WEST?” in 2-inch-high letters.
The offensive shirt worn by 19-year-old alternate No. 3, Nneka Eneorj (left), caught the judge’s eye just as the defendant was about to take the stand.
“Do you think it’s appropriate to wear a shirt that says, ‘F – – -,’ on it in my courtroom?” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber asked angrily before telling Eneorj, “You’re excused.”
On her way outside, Eneorj sniffed about the judge, “Sounds like a personal problem.”
Later, she gabbed in her cellphone, “You will not believe what the
f – – – just happened!”
Asked if she had found the trial interesting, Eneorj shrugged, “Yeah, it was. But at least I’m done with it.”
