The attorney for Mets reliever Francisco Rodriguez said again today that he’s working on a plea deal for his client.
“We are working very hard to resolve this,” Christopher Booth said after a hearing in Queens courtroom.
Judge Elisa Koenderman adjourned the case until Dec. 3.
K-Rod is charged with pummeling his girlfriend’s father at Citi Field in August and then sending his estranged paramour 56 text messages in violation of a court order.
