Karan suit is tossed
Donna Karan is off the hook over claims that a former employee of her “Urban Zen” business was hurt during a bizarre “healing” treatment in November 2009 inside the designer’s Central Park West apartment.
But Manhattan federal Judge Robert Sweet ruled yesterday that Jamie Naughright could pursue a negligence and medical malpractice suit against Stephen Robbins, who allegedly injured Naughright’s neck by shoving his fist in her mouth and shaking her head.
Robbins also told her, “Your breast is dead. I can cure you,” acording to court papers.
