He’s back to work.

Greg Kelly is returning to “Good Day New York” today, 15 days after he was placed on leave after being notified of rape accusations by paralegal Maria Di Toro.

Officials deemed the accusations impossible to prove due to Di Toro’s inability to remember even having sex with Kelly on Oct. 8, a source said.

The FOX 5 TV anchor has denied the claims since they emerged, and voluntarily met with investigators two weeks ago.

Sources expect Kelly to make a brief statement about the situation during today’s show, which begins at 7 a.m. He arrived to work today in a black jacket and silver tie, carrying a coffee mug in one hand and an iPad in another.
