Greg Kelly will mark his return to “Good Day New York” today by speaking about the bombshell rape probe that temporarily grounded the TV anchor’s career until prosecutors decided not to file charges, sources said yesterday.

Kelly, 43, is expected to make a brief statement when he appears for his 7 a.m. hosting duties this morning on the Fox 5 show for the first time since Jan. 26, when he went on leave after being notified of rape accusations by paralegal Maria Di Toro.

Prosecutors believed it would have been impossible to prove Di Toro’s allegations because of her inability to remember even having sex with Kelly on Oct. 8 at her Wall Street law firm, a source said.

Kelly has adamantly denied Di Toro’s claims, and voluntarily met with investigators two weeks ago.

“Everybody is happy. Nobody thought he did it,” said a Fox 5 staffer.
