NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly spoke at a Vietnam veterans memorial last night — telling the crowd that as a young Marine he acquired the skills he uses daily as the city’s top cop.

“I believe that virtually everything I learned about leadership . . . I learned in the Marine Corps,” said the Vietnam vet at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, LI, where a replica of the National Vietnam Veterans Memorial will be housed through the weekend.
