Imprisoned ex-Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik is making friends in strange places.

In court papers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers says it’s obvious that the judge in Kerik’s case was “offended” by Web articles slamming the prosecution, and “penalized Mr. Kerik . . . for failing to disavow them.”
