A smiling Kerry Washington and her teeny skirt bopped out of BET studios in Harlem yesterday after an appearance on “106 & Park” to promote her new show, “Scandal.”

The always-stylish star has a lot to smile about.

“Scandal” is the first prime-time drama on a major network written and produced by an African-American woman — “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes — with a black actress in the lead role.

“I really love the show. I hope other people love the show,” Washington told the Hollywood Reporter.
