A small child was ejected from a vehicle last night during a horrific collision on Long Island, cops said.

The child was in stable condition at an area hospital after being thrown from a silver Honda Civic when it was sideswiped by a black Mercedes SUV on North Newbridge Road in Levittown at 6:30 p.m., according to witnesses and Nassau County police sources.

The SUV’s driver was not arrested, the police sources added.
